When first configuring the origin server at a customer web site, the webmaster will have configured it with a name by which it references itself. If possible, this reference name should remain associated with the public name for the web site, so server-generated messages (such as 301 responses) will maintain rendevous of a client with the network.
When a nested keyword is specified, the value(s) specified for teh nested keyword override any values specified for that keyword outside the nested keyword set during the external keyword's processing.
